Before heading out to theaters this weekend to check out Lionsgate & Saban Brands’ reboot of the still running on television, in season 24 currently, childhood favorite of many Power Rangers, check out an honest look at the first time the Rangers flipped onto the big screen.
As Screen Junkies points out in their latest Honest Trailer, 1995’s Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers: The Movie is not a great film over all. Those of us that were fans as kids though ate the film up, because it was just like the episodes of the show except for bigger, louder, full of silly additions and sadly crappier CGI of the time.
While the film may not have counted overall in the continuity of the Power Rangers series, it still holds a place in the hearts of many fans.
