Before heading out to see Disney’s latest live-action remake of one of their animated classics, take an honest look back at the 1991 animated classic that almost could have been best picture at the Oscars, Beauty and the Beast.
The folks at Screen Junkies have turned their Honest Trailers light upon the film, the focuses on a young woman that is locked up in a castle by a beastly cursed man till she ends up eventually falling in love with him. Their trailer asks a lot of questions about the curse that is put upon the seemingly nameless Prince, questions about things that just don’t make sense or have really scary/gross/insane/etc implications.
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast remake opens on March 17.
