Marvel & Netflix are gearing up to team up all the heroes that have appeared in the Netflix MCU shows up to this point later this year, but before they can do that Marvel’s Iron Fist has to bring the final piece to the table. Ahead of it’s March release the series has gotten a brand new official trailer that lays out the story of Danny Rand.
Everything from his return to New York after being away for years following a plane crash and time learning in K’un-Lun to his meeting of Colleen Wing to his battle with Madame Gao and the Hand is in the trailer.
Fifteen years after being presumed dead in a plane crash, Danny Rand (Finn Jones) mysteriously returns to New York City determined to reclaim his birthright and family company. However, when a long-destined enemy rises in New York, this living weapon is forced to choose between his family’s legacy and his duties as the Iron Fist.
Iron Fist stars Jones, Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, David Wenham as Harold Meachum, Jessica Stroup as Joy Meachum, Tom Pelphrey as Ward Meachum, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, Wai Ching Ho as Madame Gao, and others. The full series debuts on Netflix on March 17.
